This retreat will be held in the soon to be renovated Hotel Salambina, situated in the picturesque beachside town of Salobreña, Granada, Spain.
Daily Agenda
The retreat will begin on Monday 21st and finish on Friday 25th of October 2024. Travel days are Sunday 20th and Saturday 26th of October 2024.
Morning Sessions
We will gather each morning to sit with the sunrise and commence the day with a guided healing meditation. Following this, a buffet breakfast will be served, leading into group lectures, visualisations, and exercises aimed at opening your heart and releasing negative feelings, fears, and anxieties.
Afternoon Activities
Afternoons are free for you to relish a buffet lunch, explore local beaches, visit the old town with its Arabic Castle, relax by the pool, and bask in the oceanic views and warm climate of southern Spain.
Early Evenings
Early evenings will be dedicated to gentle Tantra Yoga sessions and sunset meditations before dinner is served.
Meals
All meals will be influenced by the Mediterranean diet, featuring locally grown seasonal fruits. Five Breakfasts, Five Lunches and Four Dinners are included.
Weather
October in Salobreña is considered mid-season and so the weather is typically mild and clear with an average temperature of around 20 degrees Celsius.

Shared Accommodation Early Bird €899.00:
To avail of the Early Bird price, make a booking before the 31st of May 2024. Includes six nights of shared accommodation, five breakfasts, five lunches, four dinners, airport transfers (allocated times only to and from Málaga airport), and all classes Monday to Friday.
Single Accommodation Early Bird €1079.00:
To avail of the Early Bird price, make a booking before the 31st of May 2024. Includes six nights of single accommodation, five breakfasts, five lunches, four dinners, airport transfers (allocated times only to and from Málaga airport), and all classes Monday to Friday.
Shared Accommodation Normal Price €1,099.00:
Normal price for shared accommodation booked after the 31st of May 2024. Includes the total shared package, as above, excluding early bird pricing.
Single Accommodation Normal Price €1,279.00:
Normal price for single accommodation booked after the 31st of May 2024. Includes the total single package, as above, excluding early bird pricing.
Important Information
A deposit of €200 must be paid at the time of booking to secure a place and the remaining balance must be paid in full by the 20th September, 2024.
Hotel Salambina is a small, family-run establishment with limited accommodation. Early booking, through me, is advised to secure your room.
As this is a private event please contact 'me' with any questions you may have. Please do not contact the Hotel as they are not involved in any of the organisation of this event.
Light and comfortable clothing with something warm for evenings is advised and please refrain from the use of perfumes/aftershaves as these can be quite overpowering in a space where we will work in close proximity to one another.
Very Important Travel Information
Flights are not included. Airport transfers have been arranged for Málaga Airport (AGP) so please be sure to fly into this airport. There are two flights available with Aer Lingus and one with Ryanair that will arrive from Dublin into Málaga on the 20th, in time for you to avail of the airport transfer which is included in the price. Our private coach will leave the airport at 5pm, if you book a later flight and do not make this transfer, a taxi will cost you €200 from the airport to the venue, this will be at your own expense. There is no other option to get from the airport to the hotel. The transfer from the Hotel to the airport on the 26th will leave the hotel at 10.30am, it will get you to the airport by 12pm. There are a number of flights available to Dublin on both airlines in the afternoon and evening. Early booking of flights is recommended to secure the best price.
If you are flying to Málaga from a different Country or Airport
Please ensure that your flight times allow you to board the private coach that is included in the price. Otherwise your transport to the venue will be at your own expense.
