In this in-person workshop, we will explore the vast and beautiful space of your Heart using breath, visualisation and deep self connection. Allow yourself to discover healing from the deepest level of your heart, experience the love that heals from within.

This is for anyone who is feeling stuck or held back in life. People who are struggling with self-worth, anxiety or fear-based thinking. Those on a spiritual journey who feel blocked and in need of deep healing.
